Ever have a new system implemented, and suddenly, your charge revenue drops?  Institute a new service line and don’t realize the additional revenue?  Most facilities go through this at one time or another.  A great solution is having a review done to make certain that the documentation and charging are set up appropriately. 

The process can also be used in conjunction with the Concurrent Audit Program when specific areas of the facility are identified.  The process is especially useful after system or process changes are put into place, to ensure they have the desired results.
